Our organization is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee the completion of construction for commercial and industrial buildings. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry and will be responsible for ensuring that all project deadlines are met as well as overseeing site safety and security concerns. A successful candidate will be experienced in scheduling, managing, and organizing sub contractors in order to meet job completion deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Help develop construction schedule and monitor progress to ensure agreed-upon goals are met and the project is completed according to schedule.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct work on large-scale projects (such as new construction, repairs, or additions); keep records of progress.
- Direct construction workers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
